MISSION POSSIBLE - CORE PURPOSE AND VALUES COMMITMENT DAY November 5, 2007
Organized by the "Mars" Group (7 staff members of NHL) with the help of Dorothy Kudla of Starfish Learning, Mission Possible was a morning of information, education, commitment, fun and food! From the information gathered by all the staff from the PD Days of June, the Core Purpose and Values were refined and presented to all staff. The entire staff then committed to the Purpose and Values by signing off.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT - JUNE 13 & 14, 2007
Dorothy Kudla of Starfish Learning led the entire staff of Newman Hattersley through professional development exercises over a two day period this June in order for the group to collectively decide on the Purpose, Mission and Values of the organization.
The group learned key lessons through playing and working together and brain storming of ideas.
By way of working in smaller teams and collaborating on a larger scale, everyone learned a lot about themselves and about the company.
