CORPORATE ANNOUNCEMENT - By Lorraine Wiseman June, 2008

As many of you may be aware, there have been a number of changes taking place at Newman Hattersley.  In advance of formal announcements that will be released by our Head Office, I thought it would be appropriate to share with you a number of the changes that have affected Newman Hattersley Ltd. directly.

Newman Hattersley is currently integrating into the CCI organization.  Part of that integration has required the organizational structure to be aligned with the organizational structure of CCI.  The organization is being defined by three reporting areas; operations, central services and sales.
Operations include the areas of production, supply chain, engineering and quality. I am pleased to announce that Michael Krause has been promoted to the position of Operation Director. Michael brings to the position his focus on customer service as well as his background as a professional engineer and experience in project management.  The promises he made as a Sales Manager will now be carried through to delivery.

Reporting to Michael will be Ali Mohammadian who in addition to his responsibility as Engineering Manager will now be responsible for Quality Assurance.  Both Michael and Ali will be supported with the role of three team leads. Lorna Rutherford will be the Team Lead for Quality, David Scott the Engineering Team Lead and Robbie Richezza will take on the Team Lead for Production.
Nigel Van Zeller will now move officially into his new role as Director of Business and Product Development.  Nigel will continue to support the business with his years of experience through bringing forward new initiatives aligned with the needs of our customers. Nigel will report to Michael Krause in this capacity.

We are also pleased to announce that Robert deVries will be joining Newman Hattersley as Inside Sales Team Lead in July of this year.  Robert is moving to Newman Hattersley from the CCI Switzerland office.  He has been part of the inside sales team in Switzerland for 5 years.  He brings with him the complete knowledge of the CCI scope of products that will be integrated into Newman Hattersley’s portfolio to enhance our scope and ability to meet the customer’s needs.  The addition of Robert to our team is also expected to generate improvements in our RFQ turnaround process with the addition of resources and systems to that area of the business.   Robert will work closely with the outside sales team.

Further announcements from our Head Office will provide further details related to the Global Nuclear Organization Structure which will be shared with the customers.  This announcement will also provide clarification on the outside sales organization for Newman Hattersley.  Until the new sales team is finalized, Michael Krause will continue with his responsibilities in the area of sales.
Siddhartha De, Finance Director will take on responsibility for corporate and central services for Newman Hattersley.

Michael, Robert and Siddhartha will report to CCI through me until the integration process is finalized.  The final reporting structure will change and they will each report directly into CCI’s nuclear organization through the functional areas.  This transition will occur during 2008.
CCI has continued to invest in the growth of Newman Hattersley and is committed to supporting our plans for the future.  Along with the integration, we are also going to be moving to a new facility.  We will be moving to a new location at 181 Superior Boulevard in Mississauga which is 10 minutes from our current location.  The new facility is 2.5 times the size of our current premises.  We look forward to inviting you all to our opening celebration in October 2008.

Personally, my role within CCI has also changed.  CCI has created an independent Nuclear Division globally.  Within that division, I have taken on the position of Director Strategic Development.  I will; however, continue to be based at Newman Hattersley and will continue to support the team with this transition.  I will also continue to have General Management responsibility for Thompson Valves Nuclear Division.
